These guys managed to combine two of my favorite things -- 20th-century geopolitical strife, and food -- into one amazingly well animated and way-too-clever short film. Starts out with World War II, obviously:
They offer a handy breakdown of the foods' nationalities, but I recommend watching it first before you look at the cheat sheet. Figuring out who's blowing up whom on the fly is half the fun of it.

That was.... interesting Brad. I look forward to what else you may find amusing.
Hey Brad, i was wondering if you would do a version of Cherry Chocolate Rain, you have a similar voice to him, i think it would be great!
anonymous, I'm planning to work on some music in my time off, so if any of it doesn't suck too horribly, I'll post it here. Don't know if I'm up to covering the incomparable Tay Zonday, though.
That was amazing. Wow. One of the coolest things I've seen in a long time.
food combines with anything!
I have to say, that was animated very well, and was rather entertaining. Also, thanks for enabling non-bloggers to comment.
I've seen that video around and I seem to be the only one who thinks its disgusting devaluing those hundreds of thousands of peoples lives like that. I feel physically sick at some of the sights in that video. War is no fun and games
Catch in you on the flipside Brad. Can't wait to see ware you pop up next. The past year has been crazy with GS, Ryan and Jeff setting up GiantBomb and Jason going to IGN. I though it was a great pity to see GS as we know it to disintegrated as it has, but I can't help but feel excited about were people like you are going to end up. Ocampo seems happy at IGN and GiantBomb is turning out to be a great success, so good luck with the next leg of your career Brad. Hope to here from you soon again.
anonymous #3, I see your point and in that perspective it's true. On the other hand you can still see the destruction and the horror that ensues. It's a depiction of what happened in a not-so-stale way. by the way Brad sorry to see you leave from Gamespot. You made a great addition to the team. Anyway see you around...the internet?
Thanks for the video. Being an armchair political commentator for years, I found the food recreation of past political machinations undeniably awesome.
Sorry this off-topic -- but I'm hoping you can add an RSS or Feedburner feed to your site so I can put it on my iGoogle page and read posts on the quicklike.
Dante Kleinberg, I don't know if you'll look at this, but there is an RSS feed. I kind of hard to find if you ask me, but to find it go to the homepage. Then at the very bottom you'll see: "Subscribe to: Posts (atom)". Click on that and it'll let you set up the RSS feed.
Wow...AMAZING!
